Limitation of Liability.

In case of any disputes or perceived service gap, Trainings24x7 will only be liable for the amount paid by the candidate towards the course fee. Trainings24x7 will not be liable for wages, travel cost and any other incidental charges that a delegate may have incurred. This “Limitation of Liability” section applies regardless of the basis on which you are entitled to claim damages from us, including but not limited to, breach of contract. This limitation of liability also applies to our subcontractors. The total value of reimbursement provided to a candidate by Trainings24x7 will not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount that the candidate has paid for the course.

Proprietary use of Trainings24x7 study material:

We will provide you soft copy of study material and other material (if applicable for the course), which are proprietary property of Trainings24x7. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent. Any such activity constitutes a violation of copyright laws as per  the CSME / PMI code of ethics and it will be reported to CSME / PMI.

Non-Solicitation Policy: 

If you enroll in a Trainings24x7 course and pass the ITIL® Exam, your name will be added to the success list of ITIL® candidates using Trainings24x7. You may also be featured in photos or videos of the Trainings24x7 classes showing how we teach. However, Trainings24x7 will not distribute your personal information to any third party marketing database or disclose the personal details to anyone EXCEPT on a case to case basis after proper verification of the person requesting for the information or in case of legal requirements. Your personal information could be used by us to inform you regarding other courses being provided by Trainings24x7.


Information about your enrollment may be provided to co-workers in your company or anyone known to you who may ask for reference about our course.


The classroom training fee is inclusive of expenses towards study material, training and refreshments during breaks for the Two days of training.


The classroom training fee does not include cost that the candidate would have to incur towards lunch, hotel stay, travelling, etc.

What is the money-back guarantee*?

We offer money-back guarantee for our ITIL® Foundation training at additional cost of Rs 3000.

  • The candidate has to take the ITIL® Foundation exam on the date suggested by the trainer.
  • The candidate has to attend complete two days training
  • The candidate has to come prepared for the training and attempt all the exam
  • If candidate fails his/her first attempt, they can attend 2 days classroom training with no cost and we will help them to conduct exam(note: exam fee will be paid by them)
  • In any case, fee will not be refunded.


What exactly passing guarantee means and how it works.

T&C of PMP passing guarantee:

If candidates not able to CLEAR the PMP® Certification Examination on their First Attempt we will:-

a) PAYBACK the Training Fees (Rs 1500/- will be deducted towards Study Material & other Administrative Charges)

b) We will analyze their exam results


c) If candidate opt for then we will provide free training for PMP® Certification Examination in the next classroom/Live Online training session and amount will not be refunded.

Note: The candidate can opt either option a OR option c


– Candidate must take the PMP® Certification Examination within Forty Five (45) Days after the end of Fourth Day of the Training Session

– Candidates have to attend the Full Four Days training program without any interruption.

– Candidates have to attempt all the suggested Sets of PMP Mock Exam provided by Trainings24x7.

– 7 days before taking the real PMP® exam candidates are requested to consult Trainings24x7 and only after go-ahead from Trainings24x7 the candidates  are requested to take the exam.

– The refund would take up to 45 days to process it after PMP result submission by the candidate.

– Trainings24x7 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.

– Trainings24x7 holds the right to cancel or postpone class schedule for the batch.

– Any Individual or a group if misses the class would not get any extra class or the missed content.
